    Service was average...: Our salesman Jason was nice, but we were dissappointed in the service provided when we came to pick up the hot tub. The hot tub wasn't drained (from the recent rain) or cleaned. The rest of our order (steps and chemicals) wasn't prepared as promised and it took several hours before we were loaded up and on our way back home. We expected better service for the amount of money we spent at the store.
