I took my car to Bradshaw after a minor fender bender. There was a small scratch on the truck and I asked it be buffed out instead of painting the fender. That is what was agreed to on my estimate. I called several times to find out when my car was going to be ready and they kept blaming the insurance company for not responding to the request for supplemental damages. I called the insurance company and they said Bradshaw never contacted them. I called again to find out when my car was to be finished and had to leave a message. I missed their message, which said the fender was being painted. I called and said I needed to speak with someone immediately. I told the them it was not supposed to be painted and was told and I quote "well, its done, so you need to get past that." So I asked for a manager and was told the manager would call me back. I called back to talk to a manager and was told again he would call me back. I called another Bradshaw dealership and asked for a regional manager and was told to he would call me back. Yet no one called me. My truck was supposed to be done on Thursday that is when I found out the fender was painted. Then I was supposed to pick up my truck at 4 on Friday. However, my car was not done until 5 they did not let me talk to a manager, They had me pay before taking my truck before a holiday weekend and when I got home I noticed the paint job was noticeably bad, there were drips, and the fender had additional scratches from removing and replacing the fender. I strongly recommend you Do NOT use this dealership. They did a terrible job, significantly reduced the value of my truck, and have done absolutely nothing to make it right, but tell me I need to get âpast it.â Not only did they ruin my truck, but they were disrespectful and rude on top of it.
