User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSlow as Christmas: Don't return calls promptly. Take very little time to explain loans to first time buyers. Are apparently understaffed--or just don't care. Buyers---especially first time buyers: My advice is to take your business elsewhere. Many, MANY banks and mortgage companies truly want your business and will bend over backwards to help you through the difficult process. Loan officers at this bank (Greenwood, SC) act as if they are doing you a favor to even return your call or answer questions. STAY AWAY!
