User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI live in the Friendship community and I keep getting a bill that's from Sears with someone else's name on it but to my address.Seems as long as they've been delivering mail to me,they'd know that person doesn't live here.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsVery bad mail delivery, they cant deliver mail as it is addressed..... Looses mail and fills up mail box with junk mail though... wish they woulsd loose the junk mail and make more of an attempt to deliver the mail. Post Office officials are not professional and have an attitude when you call them.

Also have trouble getting some ome to answer the Phone!!!! The ringing you hear isnt all the air between your ears!!!!!Answer the phone!!! Since you cant deliver the mail. Notice: If you have important mail have it registered and then again it may get lost too!!! Bad post Office
My experience is eactly opposite. The main branch is very efficient. Sometimes they can not answer phone calls, because if everyone is busy with a customer they are not allowed to leave that customer in the PO to answer the phone. My mail regular carrier is good as well, with very few misplaced mail. Substitutes may make more mistakes I agree. Go to a large city and see if you get the polite service you get in Honea Path's main Post Office.
