My favorite mexican place. The creamy sauce they give you with the salsa is soooo my favorite. We love their fajitas with steak, chicken, and shrimp. I've never ordered anything that I did like here. The service is always 5-star.

I have been dining here for several years, however the food took a dive in taste about 2 years ago. I swore I would never eat there again, after getting ill one night. But, my mother asked me to meet her there last week. I actually was well satisfied. I ordered the chicken poblanos for lunch, YUMMY!

Great food, good prices, one of my favorites: Guadalajara is one of those rare finds - a smaller non-chain Mexican restaurant that has a varied menu. The service is always great and it can actually be tough to choose from the huge variety on their menu. The basics are here - chimichangas, burritos and enchiladas - but they also have some atypical fare in the way of carnitas and seafood dishes. The mole sauce is very good, as is the gaucamole. They also give you choices other than the lame bland tomato salsa with your chips - they've got a creamy dip and a very nice hotter chunky salsa.
Overall, this is one of my favorite places to eat out and it's really conveniently located too!
