Dr. Lawrence is a wonderful, intelligent, thoughtful, compassionate doctor. He is a great person beyond his abilities as a physician. I have always received a thorough exam and excellent care, I just love Dr. Lawrence; and Rhoda ( his nurse/asistant), is a credit to her profession as well. Many modern doctor's offices have adopted a model that makes you feel like cattle being rushed in and out. The doctor never hears anything you say after an initial word, they just start writing a prescription and move you on out the door after you pay. This is not the model that Mountain View has adopted, they have maintained a standard of quality care rather than a detached assembly style service. At Mountain View you are more than a file, you are treated as an actual person and there is a feeling that the doctor really cares about developing a personal relationship with their patient, or at leas that is the experience I have had with Dr. Lawrence as my physician. It is important to feel like you are cared for as a whole person when you are ill and that your doctor has complete knowledge of your condition so that your treatment is the very best available fit for you, not just the average theoretical person. This is the rare exception to have the privilidge of such an excelllent doctor- patient relationship. I highly reccomend Mountain View to anyone who is looking for a doctor and would like to have the service of real professionalism which seems to have been lost today. You can actually have a doctor who you exclusively trust the way your parents were able to do and a concept which is unfamiliar today where people see whomever they can because there is no relationship of trust in the new medical business model. If you are sick of being caught in the trap of aloof and unconcerned physicians who seem just another business seeking increased profit and less output, then try Mountain View and experience what a doctor's office should be and you will be very satisfied with your experience. The doctors, the nurses, the lab technicians, the whole staff at Mountain View has an excellent perspective on quality care and meeting individual needs. I have only the best to say about this practice.

We moved to the area and needed to find a new doctor. Someone we talked with was very pleased with this group. We have been visiting now for over a year and we are very pleased. Dr. Lawrence takes the time needed and I never feel rushed. All the people in the office are compassionate and we are glad we made the choice to have this group as our doctors.
