User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsIf you like your veggies and meat cooked really tender, this is the place to eat. The fried chicken is good, as are most Southern Style meat dishes, however if you like veggies that still have some life to them and haven't been cooked until they are a bland shadow of their former existence, this isn't the place for you. I suspect they are mostly canned. They serve good sweet tea, but it's REALLY SWEET TEA. Add a little sugar to it and you could put it on your pancakes, which by the way really are good. Breakfast is fair priced and they serve the standard Quik Grits that far too many restaurants serve these days, but they serve a nice Country Ham breakfast and cook your eggs as you like them. One confusing thing they serve is a vegetable soup with tomatoes that tastes good but is also sweet. I like it but if sweet soup is not to your liking I wouldn't advise it for you.
