Last night my wife and I came in with our 2 children. There were 4 young men at the counter talking to 2 young ladies who were supposed to be working. I had to interrupt their conversation to place my order. The young lady had a horrible attitude. While I was giving her my order she continued to listen to one of the young men and I asked her to read back my order. My order had 3 items wrong. We come in to Showmars at the RH Galleria at least once or twice a week. This was awful service!!!!! I am assuming the tall gentlemen was the manager. The food was a problem as well. My wife and I both got our salads (small greek). The iceberg lettuce at the bottom was brown. Yes....it was brown and nasty. The feta, tomato, onions, cuke were all that we could eat out of the salad.
We have been long-time customers at Showmars in the Charlotte area and since they have come to Rock Hill. The service and type of food were awful. I can honestly say that in the past the food has been "decent" and the service has been "decent"....but this was an awful experience. I truly hope and pray that the next time we go in we are shown courtesy and our food is much better.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI want to say that this place has the most pleasant staff. I went to pick up food on 12/19, and they were slammed, not one time thru all this did I see a frown or hear a negative remark. Thank you, to all the employees, manager on down.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe food is awesome! The employees are so nice and welcoming. I love the chicken pita, it's so delicious and the fries are good too! The managers are also very friendly!

Well...I went back. I expressed my displeasure with SHOWMARS and they responded. I am happy to say that my negative experience has turned into a much more pleasureable experience. The SHOWMARS that I love is back to normal. I did not go to this restaurant for one month. I could not take it anymore....I wanted a GYRO PITA. I got it and it was delicious. The Small Greek Salad was awesome. Service was excellent!!!!!! Good job on getting things back to normal. Rock Hill Resident
