User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSo far, so good. I've been absolutely impressed with Levi and the group at Burns Ford. I just moved to Charlotte and was looking to trade in my truck for a Fusion. I had been to 3 dealerships in and around Charlotte. Two of the three absolutely low balled me and the third - well you know the saying "a deal too good to be true"; they couldn't keep their end of the deal. So I turned my search over to Levi and he got me the car I wanted at a payment I felt was reasonable. He even drove the car from Lancaster to my apartment in Charlotte personally! Now that's treating a customer right!
I've bought vehicles in 3 different states now in different parts of the country; and there's a reason the third was SC and not NC. Before you buy your next car in Charlotte, give Levi a call. I'm so glad I did!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starssorry customer service: My husband went there to find a Ford truck and was all in to buying from a local car dealership in Lancaster! He went to Burns and was treated really bad! Customer service is much to be desired. They did not even take the time to talk to him about a truck! They act like they just did not have the time to take with him! Sorry guys we went to Charlotte were we are the number 1 Customer and treated as such.
