    A+++ While its never a good time to replace an air conditioning unit, Lee’s Heating and Cooling provided first rate service and price. I’m in the construction field, and like the quality of the service provided. They took the time to not just do the job, but to do all the little extras (new pad, providing proper electrical shielding….) that many companies would not have done. I felt that they took the time to do the job as if it was his own home. A trustworthy service provider.

    I called Lee’s Heating and Cooling after another BIGGER company (I will not mention any company names). Lee’s Heating and Cooling was at my house in less than an hour. The Big Company told me that my compressor was bad and that the outside unit needed to be replaced. They quoted me thousands of dollars to replace it. Jeff the service technician with Lee’s Heating and Cooling told me it was only a bad capacitor and he only charged me for a fairly inexpensive part and his standard service rate. I was so HAPPY to get my A/C back. It was 90 degrees outside mind you. Now I understand how these Big companies can afford to advertise on TV and radio so frequently.

    Fair, Fast, Polite, and Honest. Best in Fort Mill!!!!!!!

    I made the mistake of calling Brothers and Morris Jenkins on the hottest Sunday I can remember. I was told by both companies that they could not send out a service technician on Sunday evening. Then saw Lee’s Heating and Cooling on Google and his company had several five star reviews so I called him. He was at my house in 45 minutes or less and had my air conditioner running soon after and at a fair price. I will use him again and suggest him to all my friends.
