I dropped my truck off on a Saturday for an oil change, tire rotation and some warranty work. They said it would be ready by 1230 and they would call. At 2pm I called them and they said they were working on it now and would be ready by 3:30. I arrived at 3:20 to find the shop closed, doors locked and no one there (or at least no one who would open the door). Since they are closed on Sunday, I am without transportation to work on Monday am!

I purchased a New 2004 Ford F150 Heritage from Harrelson Ford. This included a 11 year 110,000 mileage warranty. He sold the dealership the new owners indicated they are not responsible for the warranty and that Harrelson is suppose to resolve any issues. We have attempted to contact L. Harrelson through the Toyota dealership as we were told to do. Two + months have passed with out any response. I would not purchase a vehicle from his dealerships.

I bought my car from them and when I was about to hand the check over to the finance department the man was so rude and disrespectful to me and my mother. The sales person was ok, but because of the direspect I recieved from the man from the finance department, I do not recommend them.
