New Hong Kong Restaurant could be a really good place to eat if the owners, cooks, or staff would focus on taste and not over head cost, just being cheap. The sauce are watered down to fed the mass of people that enjoy that mess. They put about ten shrimps in the buffet tray of shrimp fried rice.That is after they cut them in half to appear as if there is more in there. If you don't belive me, go there take the spoon and pick out the shrimps into the rice you put on your plate. Just be prepared to get dirty looks and someone coming behind you to spread the rice out after you have taken the 9th shrimp out of a tray that should feed about 10 to 15 people. Or be prepared to be asked to leave.Don't waste your time at this place.

I gave this China Buffet on Main St. in Ridgeland one more chance to improve their quality & service. I wasted my time and money!
The cold shrimp had absolutely no taste,AT ALL...
They used spaghetti instead of lo mein noodles.
The sweet & sour sauce was watered down, no taste.
Finally, the chairs in this restaurant were caked with food & filth, and appeared like they were NEVER dusted or wiped clean.
Save your money and go somewhere else.

I've tried this restaurant on two seperate occassions about a year apart and I'm afraid nothing has changed here, it's still terrible.

I've eaten in Chinese restaurants worldwide and the quality of the food here is simply not up to par.

The shrimp has no taste and the chicken dishes are all over cooked. The staff aren't too friendly either.

Please, do not waste your time or money eating here, it is literally THE worst Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at.

Save you money and cross the street and enjoy a Whopper at Burger King instead!!

Two thumbs down.
