User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love this place. I send my dogs when they need a break from me and when my daughter and I go on vacation. They know the dogs and allow them to run around all day. They even make sure my two dogs sleep next to each other at night. Plus there is a doggie cam so you can watch them wherever you are.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThey took my dog in when he was thrown out of another doggie day care a few years back. I was just happy to find a safe and caring place to board him. They never reported any problems that my dog supposedly had and said he got along great. They are one of two places I use for boarding when I have to leave town. Pets Playhouse is a back up for boarding when Wagâs is full. The place as a great touch and the ownerâs done a lot to help dogs in the past. Keep up the good work fellows.

Very expensive but might be worth it. Staff is professional in appearance and behavior. They keep facilities very clean and there is always a lingering smell of bleach in the air (I would rather smell this than dog pooh!)
I dislike their ridiculous policy of charging extra if you pick the dog up after 2 o'clock. How many people are going to be able to take off work to pick up their dog on their lunch break. Very few and they take advantage of that by charging you extra.
They basically charge you for every little thing and, believe me, will never make a mistake in your favor. They will make billing mistakes in their favor so you need to carefully review your bill.
Doggie webcam is a neat feature but often did not work and when it did work the quality was not good. For the amount of money we pay, it would be nice for them to spend a little bit of money to get the webcam working perfectly and add additional camera angles so you can see your buddy playing with the other dogs.
When all is said and done my dog absolutely loves it there and starts yelping as soon as we turn onto the street leading to the building so hard to give it bad ratings because of high expense and administrative issues.
There is room for improvement though so I will give 4 stars.
