User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI purchased a BMW from this dealership in April 2007. The car drives fine. I went to take it to a dealer to trade in this month (Nov 2008) and found out the vehicles was previously in an accident by the original owner. I called the dealership to ask why I was not told this information before purchasing the car and was basically told they did not have to tell me. That it was my responsibility to do a vehicle history on the car even though it was being sold as "certified" pre-owned. I thought I could trust a high end dearlership like BMW but apparently not. Also the store manager, Tom Reid, was very rude when I called and made no apologies. Consumer beware!

As a very reputable automobile dealer we do make every effort to inform our customers of any known damage even though it is not required. We offer CarFax reports on any car we sell. We have sold thousands of cars and have the trust and confidence of of those customers. Anyone reading this "review" might want take it with "a grain of salt".
