User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsYou talk about living in the 1940s This gas company is horrible. The people in the office are not friendly or polite. You pay for gas they take forever to bring it. I would not recommend this gas company to anyone at all. The people speak nice to certain customers and give them what they need, but if you are diifernt you are getting their attittude. This winter try to find a better gas company I wish someone would have warned me.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI have just recently became a new costumer. I could not get a call back from any one else in the area, that deals with Propane. They were the only ones I got in contact with, so with that they get a plus.
Being a new costumer, I have not been satisfied what so ever. Many reasons why, I will not go into detail. So if you would like for your needs to met or to feel warm in your home during the colds nights of winter, please try to reach the other propane companies.

I do agree with this review. The people at Kleckley gas don't care about the people at all. My son has asthma I paid for some gas and it took someone 2 weeks before they would come out. I am in the process of changing gas companies. I am not satisfy at all with Kleckley gas. I hope this winter they would have a heart, and better people skills.
