This is by far the best Outback I have ever been to. The food is great, but most importantly the customer service is perfect. I get greeted at the door, the waitresses are always attentive. My drink never goes empty (which always happens at other places). I never wait long for my food, and the manager always checks to make sure everything is ok. I have been there many times in the past year, and one of the managers named Carl is one of the most customer friendly folk there is. He definately makes you feel welcome. Other Outback Steahouses should follow this model of customer service. This location gets a A+ Rating for me! Highly Recommended!
First off I'd like to say the food is good, in fact it is great! However, you should hear all sides, beyond that of the food straight to the people in charge. You see, there is a women there, very rude and somehow is the manager, or assistant manager. Either way I have found that no matter what I ask her about she will act as though she cannot help me.
Once, I thought that to be and stay a manager of any kind, one would have to be skilled in customer service and always (on shift) uphold that skill. I have called a few different times and on each occasion she was rude, shut me off and gave me excuses as to why she could not give me an answer! Even if this person despises me, this gives her no right, while on shift, to treat me as an uncomprehending ape! If, however you have met her and she has treated you kindly I say bravo! And am glad she was able to show good customer service to a few. I suppose thatâs all it takes anymore for people like her to keep her job.
I would like to add though that many of the other employees are very kind and give the sense of customer service. They have treated me with kindness, along with Carl, who has always shown himself to be a great manager!
My husband and I went to this Outback Steakhouse with a friend; and I had accidently left my phone there. The manager picked it up, and mailed it to me all the way to Texas. The service was very good. The food wass very good. And the people were very nice and very accomodating to us. My husband and I were grateful to have come to this restaurant with it being so late at night; and everyone was still in happy spirits. :)
