User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsfirst off... the maintenance people NEVER fix anything thats wrong. The airconditioning didnt work when we moved in and we called everyday and they never would fix it. we had to have a professional look at it and he told us the problem and we told the maintenance and they never fixed it. the heater doesnt work either and they didnt fix it so we had to use plug in heaters all winter. There are bugs everywhere, i had to put all of the food into ziplock bags so bugs wouldnt get into it in the cabinets. we sprayed on our own everyday and the bugs didnt go away. the bathroom is disgusting. I thought it was just dirty and I could clean it but I couldnt even get the stains and mold out after scrubbing for a while. There was also a gas leak and I got really dizzy from it, so i called the emergency maintenance and they told me not to call back because it wasn't in the 9-5 hours.

I went last week to view Georgetown Villas. I have never met such a nice leasing agent as the one in that office. And trust me I've been to alot of apartment complexes everywhere, being in the military. The property is very clean and quiet.I suggest as one post said go see for yourself. I even rode by at night over the weekend such a quiet property. It was just what I was looking for. I even saw tenants at the mailbox and I stopped and talked to them they all said they love it and had been there for years. I can't wait to move in Georgetown Villas in March!

I LIVED IN GEORGETOWN 3YRS.,BEFORE NEW MANGEMENT TOOK OVER.MY DISHWASHER BROKE AFTER THEY TOOK OVER.I HAVE LIVED 1 YEAR WITH A BROKEN DISHWASHER ,I FINALLY MOVED OUT .I WOULD LIKE 2 SAY THANKS 2 NEW MANGEMENT 4 ALLOWING ME 2 BETTER MYSELF BY MOVING OUT OF THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find this review suspect, given that you state below that you've been living at Georgetown Villas for 4 years, and here you say that you were going to start renting in March. Which is it? The most likely explanation is that you work for Georgetown Villas, and you're posting a made-up review to mitigate the bad word-of-mouth your property is receiving on the internet.
