These guys did a great job when dealing with my plumbing issues! I was reluctant to call a plumber because as many people know, these transactions can get pricey. The workers were courteous and kept me informed with what was going on. They figured out the cause of the problem I was experiencing and explained to me how to avoid the same issue in the future. I knew my bill would be more expensive than I initially estimated because the problem was more developed than I realized, but they worked with me. My bill turned out to be much more lenient on my pockets than I expected. It is not a secret that people get into business to earn money, but fortunately the folks at Lighthouse Plumbing are not in business to break their customers. They actually care. They remember that without customers they cannot be in business. Customer service is everything, and Lighthouse Plubming has it down to an art form. I have never been as confident in making a recommendation about a service for any business as I am about making this recommendation. These guys have earned my greatest respect and confidence. A++ service.
