I have lived in other apartment communities, but this one is the best I have ever seen. The staff is friendly and courtious. The community is clean and well maintained. They have 24 hour on-call maintenance that has never failed to be there when needed and has always offered service with a smile. Despite being almost 30 years old, these apartments are well taken care of. They offer a pool, picnic area, horseshoe pits and a newly renovated playground. This community has won the North Augusta Star's Best of the Best Apartment Community Award two years in a row! I would recommend this community to anyone.
