   Another disappointed Customer
   I agree that this place has poor service. I had a sweatshirt that I wanted to be monogramed for a wedding gift and they never called to tell me it was finished. Every time I went by to check on my item, they were closed! I also tried to call and received the phone number was disconnected! Never received my sweatshirt back!

   This place has poor service. I ordered something and in what was supposed to be a 14 day process has now exceeded to a 34 day process and I still do not have my product. Every time I go by they are either closed or they do not have my product in the store. I am very disappointed with the service. I would definately not do business there again.
