I used to go to Pink Dipper when I was a kid and I loved it. I just recently moved back to the area and got excited to go back again but I was completely disappointed. I had a scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough in a cone and my sister had a scoop of chocolate chip, both of our ice creams tasted freezer burnt and when I asked the sales people about it they said that all of their ice cream is "icy", I'm sorry that is not a texture one looks for in ice cream, it was definitely freezer burnt. Also, my chocolate chip cookie dough had all of 4 very small pieces of cookie dough in it so I asked the sales people about that as well all they said was sorry. I told them I was really disappointed and asked them if I could get a scoop of something else and they said no. I know they are cheap but that cone wasn't even worth $2. I will be complaining to the owners first thing next week. The quality of this place has really gone down the tubes, I will be going to Brusters from now on.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsNo better place for ice cream in the CSRA!: We've enjoyed ice cream and sundies here since I was a small child. Always good. Always fast. Always a smile. If you haven't tired it...you're missing out! Another reason we love North Augusta!
