BAD EXPERIENCE. I purchased a new set of tires on May 16, 2009 from this company. These tires made my car ride so bad that I immediately turned around and had the tires checked. The technician re-balanced the tires with no success. He then test drove the car and began to apologize for the rough ride. He then said he would order the perferred tires I had initally requested since these were generic tires. I call back 3 days later and was now told that the vendor had changed their policy and needed to return the new tires and wait 7 days for the exchange to happen. He would then put some used tires on my car. I told him that I would just get the perferred tires put on my car and return the new tires for a refund. I called to bring the tires in for a refund now the company do not have enough cash on hand to give me refund and that I now have to wait 7 days to get my actual refund. I am now taking this company to court to get my refund for the set of tires that did not work on my car. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
