    BIG FAT ZERO! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANER. I had to click on one star, I couldn't leave it blank or I would have left it blank. They ruined a pair of expensive wool pants by ripping out the lining (I have no idea why they did that) and will not take responsibility. DO NOT GO THERE!

    RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS!!!
    would not replace it, or pay for repairs, and at first (without fighting hard for it), would not even refund my money for the "cleaning" that they performed. NEVER USE THEM.
