The lady hung up on me when I objected to giving them information that no other rental car company asked for. Very rude an unprofessional. I suggest you look for a better company to rent from.
I disagree... this company is a great company to do business with. I have tried to rent from many other rental car agencys and thus far the only company that was able to help give me transportation at an affordable price was ABC RENT A CAR. Their customer service the individuals provide excellent! The take cash, credit and debit. They do ask for more information than others, but it's because they rent to people that no one else rents to... they asked for my resident information, and my place of employment. I dont see any harm in that. They were very nice and helpful.10/05/07 -
