    REAL, Southern biscuits! Mr. Swiss has THE best, home made style/tasting biscuits! I've driven over an hour just for one bacon & egg biscuit! I don't know if they use lard, but it sure tastes like the good old Southern lard biscuits Grandma used to make. Melt in your mouth! It's so hard to find good biscuit places anymore (much less a place that even sells biscuits anymore among all of the bagels and breakfast burritos). Absolutely worth the trip to Cumming, even if it's only to visit Mr Swiss for a biscuit. The sausage gravy is awesome. The steak biscuit, which is fried (if your from the South, you'll know that a proper breakfast 'steak biscuit' is made with 'country fried steak', and not a 'steak house steak')- is a bit dry, but everything else I have ordered at Mr Swiss supremely excellent.

    If you haven't eaten at Mr. Swiss, you're probably not from here. The best biscuit you can get anywhere.
