User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsReally annoyed nobody will ever answer the phone. I have to leave a message to make an appointment now. This is ridiculous. I'm already use to leaving a message for the nurse or to call a prescription in b/c they don't answer either. Anyways, besides the fact that no one will answer the phone the doctors are nice if you actually get to see one. Most of the time you just get a nurse.

Awesome office, seperate sick room, wonderful doctors, great nurses and staff and prompt return calls. As a new mother, this office, its staff and doctors were the best. Our family is moving out of state and one of my regrets is that we can't take our daughters doctors. You and your children will love it too.

special needs: When we first went to visit, I let them know I had a child with significant special needs. Dr. Sheth took as much time as I needed to meet with me, answer my questions, offer advice, etc. She stayed with me well past the "prescribed" time, I'm sure. Since then, the doctors at PAL have offered excellent care to both of my children. They return my calls promptly and always manage to see the children on the day I call. The staff there obviously cares about my children and my daughters adore them. Even after as many visits as we make to the doctor, they still have no "doctor fear" which is amazing to me.
