Dr. Egins is the BEST! She has the sweetest disposition and a very warm, caring, and compassionate personality with both 'patients' and their families. She is quick to offer guidance and share her knowledge so that anyone will feel confident taking care of their sick animals at home. She took care of my cat from the time he was three weeks old and nearly died from an infection until he died at age 14 from a blood disorder. She taught me a lot about animal care and many times along they way she helped me extend my cats life. Toward the end of his life she was even available to me after hours and on her off days from work via her own personal cell phone. Now if that's not caring I don't know what is. She's extraordinary!!!!!!!! If you are looking for someone who is better than your average veterinary doctor then Dr. Egins would be perfect for you. Just don't take my appointment. :-D

Dr. Jan Egins is one of the most caring Veterinarians I have ever met in my life. She explains pet problems, procedures and behaviors very well. Her loving, caring hands and attitude bring peace to my little furchildren and me. She and Dr. Llewellyn (her partner) see my five cats and I am completely satisfied! The staff warms up to newcomers slowly, but you can tell they are all animal lovers and the facility is typical of a vet's office in terms of cleanliness, busyness and space. Finally, the location, parking and fees are completely reasonable.
