My experience is with Ed Voyles Hyundai. I was shopping on behalf of my mom and started with edmunds.com and requested a quote from several dealers. Ed Voyles had the best price but better than that, the Internet Sales Manager was right on point with what I wanted to know. We went to the dealership and met with the Internet Sales Manager and his assistant and there was no pressure (even though mom test drove 4 cars), no fudging on numbers, no hidden costs. Even though she ended up buying a different model than was quoted, she got the same type of deal you get through the internet department. My advice - 1. always start with getting several dealer quotes through the internet. and
2. Ed Voyles Hyundai can be trusted to treat you right.

my husband and I have found this dealership to be very deceptive in their advertising...of cars they don't have...and their business practices. As far as pre-owned cars...the price depends on who you talk to. I find that very deceptive. Actually, I consider it morally and ethically wrong!
My experience with this agency was wonderful.I am a single female and did not like the idea of car shopping at all.I work very hard for my money so i forced myself to shop three companys.The first dealership in Woodstock near my home did not treat me fairly.They lied over the phone and told me they had a particular color of CRV in stock only to discover they did not have the color.They also were going to make me pay more for the car if they had to bring it in.The second company I shopped did not lie over the phone however when I drove to the dealership I was treated like a small child.They would not take me on a test drive or show me any features on the vehicle.I was instructed to "bring my husband back" and they would talk numbers.Needless to say I left very upset.I would not have driven to Roswell and fought heavy traffic for that kind of treatment.My last stop was truly a breath of fresh air.Mike was my sales person he listened to my requests and simply fullfilled my requirements.I know people are quick to criticize when things dont go right but this company treated me Very well and with Integrity.I would reccomend them to anybody who asks.
