    My recent collison center experience was the most pleasant that I've EVER had had from ANY automotive shop I've ever been to. Wally Harper and Gregg Lynn were very professional, pleasant to work with, very informative, courteous, and most important...REAL people.
    They handled my insuance claim like an Army of One. The insurance carrier wanted to use aftermarket parts and cheap repairs and low-ball me in the beginning. After it was said and done. My insurance claim was almost triple their appraised amount which shows me that my vehicle was repaired like it needed to be. But best of all...my repairs and paint are guarenteed for the lifetime of my vehicle as long as I own it!

    Bad Service: I called and I had to wait for 10 mins and I hung up and waited 5 more mins to talk to someone in parts. If you need anything and you need or live/work by you might as well go in, instead of calling.
