I had a great experience at this dealership looking for my '09 Nissan Maxima. I met a salesman by the name of Dustin Morea who was very attentive to my needs, extremely knowledgeable about his product, and very respectful to the fact that I specifically noted that I did not want to be pressured into anything.
I had visited 2 other Nissan dealerships in the Atlanta area and left very disappointed - one of the dealerships insulted my apparent lack of taste in cars because I had mentioned that I was also considering an Avalon (apparently they paid no attention that we drove up in one!), and the other dealership lured me in with promises of a great price on a new car only to find out when I got there that it was a demo with 4500 miles on it (they were kind enough to offer to sell me a brand new one for $1,000 more than the price quoted in the email-oops!).
So my experience at Regal Nissan was a complete 180 from what I initially expected. I got a great deal on my car and was offered a reasonable amount on my trade in.
If others had a bad experience at this dealership I don't understand how if they had Dustin as their saleman. He rocks and is truly an asset to their dealership (no, I didn't know him personally before writing this, and no he is not paying me to write this!).
If you go, I would highly recommend asking for Dustin (no offense to the other salesman, but I don't have any experience with them and so can't comment on anyone else).
If you have plenty of money and don't mind spending it and having to point out what really needs to be done to your car, this is the place for you. my 90k service for $350 quickly became well over 1000 because of all the normal maintenance things that weren't included (mostly changing fluids). Then when i got home i realized that hadn't even changed the air filter (on a 90k service!!??!!).
Great place: I got a screaming deal over the internet on a 1995 Murano. They were a bit rushed when I went in, but I think they were just trying to not take much of my time. I drove all the way there from Charleston, South Carolina. Between the price and the service it was worth the drive. I got exactly what I wanted, I did not feel pressured, and they were all very professional.
