I would give Team Chevrolet "0" stars if possible, but YAHOO! requires at least one star. My rating is based on my experience with the dealer over the past several days -- I have left numerous messages with various people in the service department about my 2009 Chevy Malibu, and not a single person has returned a call. Having previously owned or being the current owner of foreign cars and never having experienced such lack of responsiveness, I now understand one obvious reason why the U.S. auto industry has fared so poorly -- part of the blame goes to dealers such as Team, which in my opinion does a poor job representing the auto manufacturer!
