| About: | This Southern comfort and seafood restaurant is set in a rambling one-story house that has been restored and decorated with odds and ends from the early 20th Century. In a homey atmosphere of yesteryear charm, Bill Greenwood serves up a menu that is highlighted by famous crab cakes and even more famous pies. Don't forget to sample the classic (and extra sweet) sweet tea, which is worth a special trip by itself. Be sure to bring cash as well, because Greenwood's does not accept the plastic. |

This place has absolutely fantastic food! Our family has gone there for years, and I'm actually having a craving for their sweet potatoes right now, just thinking about it!
Greenwood's is consistent for serving great fresh upscale southern cooking. Some of my favorite entrees are the meatloaf, rotisserie chicken, etc.) I am not a fish eater but my wife loves their fish selections. They have an assortment of homemade ice cream. Sides are wonderful as well. Only downside is the food is a bit pricey but if you don't mind paying extra you are in for a treat.

The honey fried chicken is great but don't expect traditional southern fried chicken. Large portions.
