I told my girlfriend about the Bloomin' Onion, and she had never had it and had never been to Outback, so we went. We both got steak and lobster. The waiter was great, the food was awful. We ordered medium rare, she got well done leather, and I got medium rare crap. The mashed potatos tasted like they were old, and the lobster tasted like it had been cooked once 4 hours ago, then microwaved when we got there. The people behind us never did get their order correct. It sounded like 3 different steaks were brought out. The waiter was awesome about all of it, they waived one steak on the bill, but we won't be going back. I've had a few questionable dinners at Outback, but I'm done. I always give places a few chances, but, I can't say I'll be back there.
I have to say that this is our all time favorite place to eat. The service is wonderful and the food is excellent. We have never had a bad meal and enjoy the food.
Andrew is our favorite manager as always. He is so sweet and always takes the time to speak with us. He is a great guy and your restaurant is lucky to have him. Keep up the great work Andrew and thanks for making OUTBACK our favorite place to eat!
It must have not meant to be when we went. We went with our neighbors. Their steak was overcooked, mine was good, my husbands medium well was still bleeding. The waiter was very courteous, thoughtful, and nice, BUT I never got the sour cream I asked for, nor my mashed potatoes that came with my dinner. When my spouse tried to cancel the order, becuase we'd finished eating, they gave him his dinner free and packaged it all up along wtih my mashed potatoes that would have been good to eat with my steak that I'd already eaten. It is hard to think of going back (for a while anyway).
