I, like most people, have a fear of cars because I don’t understand how they work. Needless to say, when my mom told me about Cabena’s Japanese Auto, I was somewhat skeptical. After my CR-V had it’s first major issue with the starter, I was hesitant to go to someone outside of the dealer. What customer service though! Chuck and the crew, understanding that I am a financially strained college student, did some inexpensive fixes hoping they wouldn’t have to go all out and replace the starter. The fixes were enough to get me to a point where I could afford the starter and without hesitation I had Cabena’s fix it, they even credited the first repairs towards replacing the starter! You can’t get this type of service from a dealership service center, take your car to Cabena’s!

We consistently receive professionally delivered and complete information about car service/repair needs for our Toyota Prius. Pricing is competitive, diagnostic skills always "spot on," and wait room is clean and pleasant. His expertise and services are unmatched, and I know because I've taken my car elsewhere for a 1st opinion before going to Chuck. We now turn to Cabena's for all my Prius needs, big and small. I value being able to talk directly with the owner/mechanic, and find his willingness to talk with (rather than to) me about car issues to be priceless.
