User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRUINED TWO SHIRTS: Been going here for 2.5 years. Two shirts came back one with a rip in the sleeve from something sharp, and the other with a professional repair in the same exact area of the sleeve! The manager was unbeleivably rude and accused me of manipulatingthe situation. She denied the repair and explained the other rip as "wear and tear." Management denied to pay for the shirts with every excuse in the book. I was completely embarassed for them and the way they handled it. Two shirts with the a problem in the same exact area of the sleeve...one with a professional repair that they denied doing? My loyalty was out of convenience, they refused any resolve, they accused me of bringing my shirts in already in the condition I received them. Unbeleivable!!
