    I have had nothing but bad luck with this BOA, from the Macon Branches, to the Norcross branches.
    First day the cashier did not accredit my account with the correct amount of money. BE SURE TO ALWAYS COUNT YOUR MONEY IN ADVANCE and check to ensure your deposit slip states what the amount is. This was a Macon branch.
    The next thing was my deposit was put in the saving acct instead of the checking account and of course when one of my purchases was more than the amount in the checking, they charged me 10.00 for taking it out of my savings. (A different Macon Branch)
    Then they changed my address on me and WAS NOT EVEN CONCERNED ABOUT IT. They stated, "oh you probably done it online." This was the Executive Park & N. Druid Hill branch. They could not tell me if it was online, mail, or person. They said I changed the address in 10/2008. I was in Macon at that time and the address on the account was where I moved to in Atlanta 2 MONTHS LATER.
    I am changing banks. I would not advise any one to bank with BOA

    Outstanding: This has to be the best Bank of America branch I've ever been to. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The manager is always in the lobby to help with anything you need. The best thing is, you can always get in and out quickly because their hardly ever busy! This is the only branch I'll EVER go to!
