This company is the BEST telephone and internet service company we have ever used. We were with this company for nearly 6 years and have nothing but positive things to say. We enjoyed great customer service, fast DSL, that was always up and running, quick repair when needed, online billpay and even the occasional work out for paying late. Not once did this company ever cut us off or were rude due to any problem we approached them with. Top notch service, friendly helpfull staff for both phone and internet service. You can not go wrong with this company. Compared to other phone company in this area (ie. ellijay phone) this one by far surpasses it. We had loads of trouble with the other one. (long distance charges that did not belong to us, internet down all the time with the other one) If you are looking to make a choice, don't make the mistake of going with the other one, you'll kick yourself later. Go with TDS. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
