User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis location rocks, they give personal service!!!: The Cartersville, GA Red Lobster is the greatest! Our favorite appetizer is the fried zucchini that has been removed from the menu. The manager told me that if I call 30 minutes in advance, they will prepare the zucchini so that we can still have this dish. This is true customer service. They go above and beyond, and it has certainly helped me to remain a loyal customer. Their food is also just a little different from the other locations in that it is hotter, seasoned better, and the entire atmosphere is so much fun. Way to go! Thanks for making this loyal customer so happy!!!
