User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI have lived here for a year and when i moved in it was nice. So I though, the pool closed they never opened it, the playground was falling apart and not safe for the children, then roaches started appearing and are just getting worse no matter what I or the bug guy does. I pay too much for having such issues, the maintence guy is old as dirt and has no clue what he is doing. I have mold in my bathroom with a mushroom growing, they told me it was a flower! Mouse droppings in the heater closet and mold in the closet as well. Not happy here, the neighbors are nice and I will miss them, but my time is done and I am NOT doing another lease!!
