always bad service. the food is ok, and the inside looks nice. The people who work there are always rude and short. I will never go there again and that is what i hear from most people who live in Cartersville.

Just had a GREAT dinner from this restaurant! This is a little gem in hiding in downtown Cartersville. American "haute-cuisine" in a rustic, mountain lodge-style setting that was downright pleasant.
Atmosphere was nice, (music level was a little louder than I usually like, but would probably be perfect for anyone else...) Server was pleasant, attentive, and professional in demeanor.

I had the pork roast w/ homemade mashed potatoes & collard greens. The pork was incredibly tender and nicely seasoned. The collard greens were definitely homemade! Perfectly seasoned for this southern guy (...and I know my collard greens!) These had been cooking all day and were done just like grandma would have done them.

My wife let me try some of her rosemary roasted chicken and I have to say that even though I do not like the taste of rosemary; this dish will be what I will be ordering the next time I visit. Tender does not even come close to describing this dish! Kudos to the chef!

Prices were VERY decent for the amount and quality of the food received.
    We definitely will be back!

Great food!! Best prime rib you will find. I would suggest to go for a late lunch or early dinner to avoid crowds. There is limited seating and even more limited space in the waiting area.
