Even though the food was good, I was very unhappy about the service we received. My husband and I went to eat with another couple. The wife of the other couple was 7 months pregnant and diabetic. She asked the server very nicely if she could get rid of all the sugary, starchy carbs and replace them (1) vegetable. The server said "no, you can not sub ANYTHING". We explained that she was under doctor's orders to not eat anything sugary or starchy. The server never offered to get her manager or try to resolve the problem. She didn't want to make a scene, so she just sat their and ate her fish. I used to work part-time as a server, and I know sometimes customers can be beyond difficult, but it was up to our manager to make decisions based on individual needs. I don't understand why her needs were not met. Needless to say, we have never been back.
Excellent food and variety!: Now if you really enjoy Seafood (like me) and enjoy it in a fish house environment with all the hoopla and decorations of being out at sea...The Bay Breeze is the spot for you! This place is incredibly popular and the food is just mouth wateringly good! If its in the sea...then Bay Breeze probably has it on the menu. They have one of the largest selections of seafood I have seen! Check them out!
Best ever: One of the best places to get seafood in the area. Service is great and serving personnel are fantastic.

yep i know what you mean , about the service and that darn singing all the time and when you ask for something done special its like going threw congress and we all know how that is. so we have never went back areselfs.
No offense folks, but it's not McDonalds - it's a sit down, mid-priced, BUSY restaurant. If they substituted and made each order to "made up specifications" then every customer would have to wait for an hour to get their food - or longer. If you have medical needs, you have three choices: Eat at home where you can cook each meal to the exact specs your doctor gives you - eat at a very high dollar place where the chefs have the time (and you pay) to have your order custom done for you, or - eat at a vegetarian or vegan style restaurant where those food items more than likely match most medically prescribed diets. I know it sounds silly that a place has a "no substitutions" policy, but sometimes due to the amount of business it MUST be that way so that 99% of the customers service do not suffer because of 1% of the customers who have special needs.
