User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI am a Cartersville resident who commutes to Rome for work. I have used Rome Cleaners for years and have never found them to be disorganized. They have always given me quality service and friendly smiles. I think after 30 plus years of business, a business is entitled to 1 flub.

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey 'bought' Dan's Cleaners in Cartersville and then promptly closed it and posted a handwritten sign indicating that one should call to schedule an appointment to retrieve clothes. 2 months later and 200 miles of driving they finally found my clothes...lost in their 3 disorganized locations...PASS
(and for a real treat call up and ask for directions...responses are likely to include: 'and then you keep on going for a while' or 'big road' or 'flashing lights' or 'new sign')
