I came to the dealership to get a simple service done. I was assured by 2 associates that it would take an hour to an hour and a half maximum. I'm writing this review still waiting 3.5 hours later. Poor service and I've been told at the hour and 2 hour mark that we are finishing you up right now yet when I step outside the mechanic says he is just starting. Never again will I come here and I suggest u think twice if you decide to go.
The service guys are pretty good, I have had a few issues here and there with my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the staff has been nothing but wonderful, I feel like they have gone above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. I am a busy mom and I don't like to have to wiat for hours in a waiting room for my vehicle to be ready they have ALWAYS driven me hoome & come back to pick me up when my car is ready. If service would be more than a few hours they made sure I was able to secure a rental for the time needed. I have an extended warranty from another company and they make sure everything is taken care of. I am very pleased with their service department, and would recomend them to my friends and family.
Terrible Service and Clean Up Departments: February '06, purchased a new PT Cruiser. Have been back to dealer 8 times.
I understand human error when manf. a vehicle, but this has been a nightmare.
No horn, No cruise, Grinding steering wheel. Works for a few days then starts all over again.
I am trying to get them to buy it back under the Lemon Law. Of course they say they don't "see" the problem.
The service has been poor and technicians do not seem to know what they are doing. Three times when I went to pick up my car, there was grease all over the carpet and steering wheel. One time this happened two times in one day. These were not tiny little grease spots, but large spots. I refused to leave until my vehicle was in the same condition as when I took it in. After waiting almost 2 hours, they said it was ready. When I went to get in, they had done nothing. I was furious and asked how long it would take since I had already been waiting over 2 1/2 hours and was told just whenever they finish.
I was livid by this time. After another 30 monutes they said it was ready.
It was ok this time, but good Lord how blind can you be. I felt because I am a female that I was treated differently. My husband is now going to speak with them and express our dissatisfaction to the owner.
I will never take a vehicle to them for service again. As of next week we are going to drive 30 miles out of our way to have a competent dealer check out the problem that we have had with the steering from day 1.
