User Rating: 1 out of 5 starswent to honda on thornton rd. to purchase daughter a new civic.we walked across parking lot looking at honda cars three times while salesmen smoked, joked, and ignored us all the time looking right at us.we left and went to hunydia dealer and paid cash for a new sonota . guess we should have been wearing tux and evening gown instead of work cloths.we had purchased a new accord from this dealer before. will never buy from them again

Best Car Buying experience yet: My old Honda had over 300,000 miles on her. I talked with Matt at Team Honda. He was by far the best salesperson I have had. I have dealt with Gwinnett Honda with the same bad results the other person had with Team Honda.

Bad sales service: Every time I've been to this dealer it seems the sales staff tries to rip me a new one. The last 3 honda's I've purchased came from gwinnett place in duluth. I hate to make that drive from douglasville but it has always been worth it. I sale ford's but a friend of mine wanted a civic so we went to Sutherlin and the sales person told him he she should by a ford instead. Guess what, he bought from gwinnett as well.
