Pristine Wedding Chapel

Beautiful place but don't judge a book by it's cover. They were very helpful and friendly at the beginning but then when things go wrong at your wedding they turn their backs on you in a heartbeat! We went over every specific details for my wedding and when that day comes it doesn't happen. (1) I SPECIFICALLY told them not to cut off the father daughter dance song (b/c I heard that they do) and they did anyways. I was PISSED!! (2) Then I made a picture slide show with music. I wanted it played when everyone was eating along with the music. Well they already had it playing when I entered the room without the backgroung music playing. (3) The photographer was rude with my family. My mother asked for antoher picture of her and I (the bride) and the photographer got rude. Take the dang picture if I ask for it. I am paying you good money! (4) They were filling beer glasses full of wine (not wine glasses) so I ran out of wine very quick! (5) My fater didn't even have any food. What the heck? How do you run out of food? I would not recommend having your wedding here. It is supposed to be the perfect day and mine wasn't. Some of the memories of my wedding includes the terible things above. So sad! I am still so made at that place and my wedding was over a year ago! My mom worked so hard on getting everything perfect for me and this place messed it up. Go somewhere else!

Your wedding day should be something to remember forever as the best day of your life. What I remember of mine is a whirlwind of disappointments.The only good outcome was the photo album. I was berated for arriving 8 minutes late, then it was pointed out to me all day by the photographer. I paid to have the room divider removed, only to find out that my guests walked into an ugly divider room, and had to watch the crew pull it back while they were seated. We only had 1 hour and 45 minutes for a reception, which I only experienced 40 minutes of, because the photographer took way more pictures than needed. We did not even get to eat, and our songs were clipped to make sure that we got out in time(because they book 3 weddings a day). When I went back to complain that my husband never even got to see his grooms cake that we paid for, it was thrown in my face yet again that I was 20 minutes late(per the photographer) repeatedly until I had someone review the security footage and prooved I was only 8 minutes late. Also at the reception, apparently the photographer thought that we were paying her to invite herself onto the dance floor with us while she was dressed in an attire that I wouldn't have even seen on any of my guests. Also, I couldn't choose the pictures of my brother and my husband's brother lighting candles, or of my mom and mother in law lighting candles, because she only took one photo of each event. My first dance was interrupted the entire time with "look over here" and "okay now kiss" and to anyone who has ever been married, you know that is the only time during the whole day to be with your spouse without interruption. All in all I was very disappointed, and my husband and I agree that when we have a vow renewal ceremony, that will be our chance for the wedding of our dreams.

Beautiful venue but there are too many added fees. Also you hav no flexibiilty with time. Brides must remov everyting from the Bridal Suite BEFORE your ceremony. There are fees for EVERYTHING! Basically this is a wedding warehouse that charges you for any form of personalization. The drama is not worth it!
