User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBad Business!: I dropped off a grey Banana Republic button down shirt to this cleaners last week. Not only was it not pressed but it was also a different shade than what I originally dropped off. How do you turn a dark grey shirt into something resembling brown with a pink tint and I am still unsure. The Manager was rude when I explained that I had contacted Banana Republic and they said they hadn't received any complaints on that particular shirt. When I asked him to replace the shirt his words were "You are Crazy!" "I am not responsible check the back of your receipt!"
