    If someone would answer the phone at this restaurant... I probably could share in the great customer experience others see in this restaurant and its employees.

    owner attitude on customer service: Ashley & Lindsley are very polite and give the customer great service. But the owner doesn't allow them to substitute items. If you want pepperoni instead of roastbeef on a subway club he charges you for double meat. If the employees do it any other way they will be fired. What ever happened to give the customer customer what they want .
