It was easy to buy a car from here, but the service i got after was awful. The finance department never answers there phones and they make made us wait for hours when we came up there. They always try to get you to get financing through their company no matter if you can get a better interst rate with anouther bank.
The worse experience in my life.
The first time that I stopped by I was interested in a Kia Sorento that was listed at $9957 just to find out that price is just to get people through the door, then they slam you with outrageous fees bringing the price up to at least 2,000 more than the advertised price, I can deal with the taxes added to the price but here they want to even charge you if you stare at the car for too long :) -I was approved through Capital One Auto and the people here would try almost anything to get you to finance through them.
On the second time I presented an offer to the salesperson and he call me all excited telling me that he was sure that the deal was going through, and that the manager wanted to see me and give me the good news about the deal, and when I came down, they did not want to accept my offer and the store manager never showed up. Instead they try to lure me into getting financing through them. I wasted my time with Toyota South Super Store, I will never recommend TOYOTA / SCION SOUTH in morrow GA not even to my worse enemy.
Horrible service!! They had me thinking i had a great car for a reasonable price. All i had to do was come back the next day to get the car cleaned. When i return the next day they tell me the deal didnt go through and was not negotiable because of my income. I was confused because I filled out paperwork saying that i was the new owner of the car. Yet they offer me another car and want me to pay a more expesive note. The salesman lied saying the car was in great condition. When I had a friend look at the car who was a mechanic, he noticed the engine, and all the other parts under the hood were rusted and corroded. The spare in the trunk was muddy with sand and rocks around it and the car was dirty. They basically tried to sell me a lemon. Then when i tell the salesman i dont want the deal. He tells me I wasted his time and he didnt care if i ever bought a car from them. If you do decide to buy from this dealership, DO NOT TRUST THE SALESMAN NAMED MIKE!!! he is a heavy set guy curly hair and weird looking eyes. Another thing he kept staring at me thinking he could intimidate me into changing my mind. I had an awful experience and do not recommend anyone ever going to this dealership!!!! Another weird thing that happened two different finance guys approached me to talk about warrantys on the first car. They both explained the same terms.. yet both gave me different prices. Also, the dealers never would give me a price quote on the total pay off of the car.
