    Although I have purchased a few appliances from Ellis appliances
    over the last few years, and they were excellent, the sales people lie whne they set up an appt for repairs. I had an appt for them to look at my fridge( which had stopped working)for the hours of 9am-11am, I did not get a phone call back from them until 7pm that evening. And the man couldn't understad why I didn't want him to cme over at that time. Deliveries are late and not too much good customer service available.
