User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI'm not sure where they've relocated to but they are still in business. If the owner wasn't as rude as they get he may have been able to tell me before he rudely hung up. You know...sometimes restaurant owners need to realize. Even though we are vendors to restaurants...we are customers too. We drive a big portion of business to restaruants. And heck we're the ones on the road eating at them. You would think some people like this guy would realize this. Oh, well...one more customer lost and as many as I can tell. I hate rude people!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI took my parents there, from out of town, and NONE of us had a good experience. Eggplant Parm - undercooked, chewy and bitter. Veal Marsala - so tough it was hard cutting with a serrated knife. Fettucine Creama with chicken & broccoli - VERY small portion and little chicken or broccoli. It's overpriced, lacking in quality, and the portion sizes are extremely small. Forget this place - go to Carrabas!

My husband and I have eaten at Serafino's many times. The ambiance is wonderful and so is the staff. I have never received anything but wonderful service. The owner, Chris, is a great host that treats his guests very nicely. The food is the best out of any Italian restaurant I have ever tried.
